Effect of sintering temperature on microstructure and electrical properties of Ce0.82Dy0.155Sr0.025O2-δ electrolyte

چکیده

Ce0.82Dy0.155Sr0.025O2-? (SDDC) powder was synthesized by a sucrose-pectin modified sol-gel process. The pressed and sintered at different temperatures, 1200, 1250 1300?C, to prepare dense ceramics with relative density of 91, 93 95%TD, respectively. Crystal structure phase composition were analysed XRD using Rietveld refinement. sample compositional analysis element mapping carried out energy-dispersive spectroscopy. Microstructure images recorded scanning electron microscope. electrical properties measured an impedance analyser. grain resistance the boundary changed increased size. SDDC electrolyte 1300?C exhibits enhanced total conductivity 2.45?10?2 S/cm 700?C activation energy 0.76 eV. porosity corrections are applied Bricklayer model calculate specific conductivities.
